Refund & Return Policy

I hope you love your Lore & Lumen candle, but if something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help. Below is everything you need to know about returns and replacements.

Returns
You can return your candle within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it hasn’t been burned or used. Because scent is personal, I do accept returns if the fragrance isn’t quite what you expected. The candle must be in its original, unused condition.

Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@loreandlumen.com within 14 days. A photo or video of the damage is required so I can file a claim with the carrier. Once confirmed, I will send you a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not available, I will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on my part.

To begin a return or request a replacement, just email me at hello@loreandlumen.com or use the contact form. I will walk you through the next steps.

Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or receipt is required to process all return and replacement requests.

Final Notes
All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Lore & Lumen reserves the right to decline a return if the candle has been used or does not meet the return conditions.
