Shipping policy

Thanks so much for shopping with Lore & Lumen! Here's everything you need to know about how and when I ship your order.

Processing Time
I hand-pack every order with care, and most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. During busy times or new launches, it might take a little longer. You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as your order is on the way.

Where I Ship
Right now, I ship to addresses within the United States. I hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. I occasionally run free shipping promotions, so keep an eye on the site or social media for updates.

Carriers I Use
Orders are usually shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on what works best for your location.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info so you can follow its journey. If it’s been more than 5 business days and you haven’t received tracking details, feel free to reach out.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, I recommend checking with a neighbor or your local post office first. While I can’t control what happens once the package leaves my hands, I’ll do my best to help you work with the carrier to resolve it.

Double-Check Your Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I’m not able to replace packages that are lost due to incorrect addresses being entered during the order process.
